Are you sending the IP address of your server, or the client that is requesting the search? Are you including an API key with your request? Are you including the HTTP_REFERER header as required by the TOS?
If you answered all of those questions with a yes, and you are comfortable that you are in compliance with the TOS, then the chances are still that they've only shut you down for a day. Wait 24 hours to see if the error doesn't go away. If it still doesn't go away, follow the URL in that error message and fill out the form. You may or may not get an answer; they don't answer all - or even most - of those submissions. Jeremy R.
