Actually, I would probably recommend against this. jQuery, like any library or application, has been known to occasionally break functionality between releases. If your site is automatically upgraded to the latest release whenever it becomes available, there is the possibility that your site will break without warning. And if you were not aware of the changes beforehand, you could find yourself having to scramble to fix your site rather than being able to test the latest release for compatibility before deploying it sitewide.
