I think the answer to this lies in the nature of mootools-more. Namely, it's not a single package but a whole series of components which can be built into any number of customized configurations. The result is that, if Google were to host -more, it would have to be either the full set of tools (i.e., a ridiculously large download for most situations) or an untenable number of smaller subsets. In either case, the benefits of the CDN would be negated by either the extraordinay download or the uniqueness of the file.
