Hi Adam,
I believe I'm having the same problem. When I try to search through Custom 
search web interface everything works, but when I use Python client I get 
response 403 and it says "Daily limit exceeded" even though according to 
statistics I only used 17% of the quota. I am probably doing something 
wrong, but I have no idea what. Could you help me with this, please?
