Unfortunately, the documentation and wizards associated with the web elements, 
including the News Element, have been removed. While they may still work on 
sites for the time being, it should be assumed that these applications are not 
being developed or even actively maintained, and will probably be shut down at 
some point in the future. I think it prudent, therefore, to consider 
alternatives to the News elements.
