So, a couple of thoughts for you. First, your page is throwing its own JS
errors (axs is not defined). Second, there are a number of errors being
thrown within the Search API, but with all the errors in your own code,
it's tough for me to isolate the cause of that issue. (It may not be
Google's issue at all.)

That said, as has been announced on the official Google Code blog and
numerous times in this forum, the AJAX APIs which you are using have been
officially deprecated since 2011. In fact, we're now past the official
sunset date on a couple of them which were deprecated in late 2010, and you
can expect the entire ball of wax to be shut down no later than May 2014.
It would seem prudent to establish a migration (or sunset) plan for any
features of your site which are dependent on them. There are a number of
alternatives out there for you to consider:

Web Search: Google's Custom Search API, Yahoo! BOSS API (
http://developer.yahoo.com/boss/search/ ), Bing Search API (
http://datamarket.azure.com/dataset/bing/search )

Image Search: Google's Custom Search API, Yahoo! BOSS API

Blog Search: Yahoo! BOSS API (though it's experimental)

News: Google Feeds API + Google News (It's kind of a cheat, but it's doable)

Videos: YouTube Data API ( https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/ )

You will notice that each of the Google Custom Search, Yahoo! and
Bing/Microsoft offerings have a traffic threshold beyond which they become
paid services, and the YouTube Data API has a traffic quota. You will also
find that each of these options has its own strengths and weaknesses. None
of them will fully replace all of the different services you were using.
You will have to determine the best course forward for your site.
