The Feeds API can only be used to access feeds which are publicly
accessible. Unless the internal server is accessible from beyond your
firewall, the service is useless for you.
That said, you may also want to avoid using the Feeds API altogether. The
TOS state that the service may be discontinued, with or without warning, at
any time after April 2015. I would recommend using an alternative service
(e.g., Yahoo! Pipes) or roll your own.
