There is no reliable way to do this with Google's APIs. The Custom Search API would be your best bet, but it requires you to set up a custom search engine (CSE), which won't return the same results as a standard google.com search. And even if it did, it allows only 100 requests per day for free. This makes its usefulness for SEO applications extremely limited.
