You were right. I created a Java Project and ran the following code
package testB;
import java.io.IOException;
public class testJ {
/**

* @throws IOException
*/
public static void main(String[] args) throws IOException {
ProcessBuilder proc = new
ProcessBuilder("D:\\usr\\dev\\jdk16_12\\bin\\javac"
);
proc.start();
}
}
and I got a Exception in thread "main" java.io.IOException: Cannot run
program "D:\usr\dev\jdk16_12\bin\javac": CreateProcess error=5, Access is
denied
at java.lang.ProcessBuilder.start(ProcessBuilder.java:459)
at testB.testJ.main(testJ.java:15)
Caused by: java.io.IOException: CreateProcess error=5, Access is denied
at java.lang.ProcessImpl.create(Native Method)
at java.lang.ProcessImpl.<init>(ProcessImpl.java:81)
at java.lang.ProcessImpl.start(ProcessImpl.java:30)
at java.lang.ProcessBuilder.start(ProcessBuilder.java:452)

I'll try and google this out. If someone has solution for this please let me
know.
