Don't be ridiculous, of course Google provides a Maven repository.
It's right here:

http://code.google.com/p/google-maven-repository/

The problem is, that repo hasn't been updated since version 1.2.1.
There's been two releases since then.

I filed an issue on this a month ago, it's got 6 stars, we're still
waiting on a response:
