I am having a similar problem. But I get error 403. See below: Deploying XXXXX to Google has encountered a problem. Unable to update app: Error posting to URL: http://appengine.google.com/api/appversion/create?app_id=XXXXXversion=1 403 Forbidden You do not have permission to modify this app (app_id=u'XXXXX').
