Hi Ross, Thank you for your response. I will monitor the downtime notify group from now on. Even though this was a planned outage, I am still quite concerned that a complete downtime of over 1h is necessary on your infrastructure... What is the strategy you suggest to your customers to handle this type of downtime? How often should we expect to be completely down (the data store being read only is a total downtime for most web apps)?
Regarding my other question about short outages we have been noticing through out the day: what is the best way to report these to you such as we can help your team understand and debug short issues?
