If you do not use GWT
Please confirm it accesses by "/" and index.html is displayed

If you can display index.html
I think the link to default servlet to be displayed.

When PojectName is [App2] servlet-mapping made with default seems to
be made from the name of [app2].
(at least that was my experience)
