The local datastore does not get deployed to the app engine servers. That would be a cool feature though!

But deploying an app will not modify your local datastore. However, I have occasionally had my local datastore just reset itself without warning. Basically the local sdk is for development and testing only.

Hi All,

I'm using the eclipse plug-in and all was good until I deployed my
app.

My deployed app in the cloud didn't deploy along with the datastore
records I created during development for months. And worse, all my
local data classes suddenly are empty too.....

Any idea of what I did wrong?

Thanks
Claudio
