Does GAE use JettyWebXmlConfiguration to allow for WebAppContext custom configuration - via jetty-web.xml? I see that class in appengine-local-runtime.jar, but is it part of Jetty' default Configuration instances? My guess would be no, as putting invalid jetty-web.xml in WEB-INF doesn't output any exception.
