:D I actually saw a comic strip a while ago about how people will have to change their behavior (ie stop rebooting when they fail to fix something), but I never expected to actually see somebody ask about that.
You can't reboot the cloud. Simply redeploy a new version of your application if you think your really screw something that bad (or explore the administration panel)... At least, that would be my guess...
