For at least two hours, most of our customers are unable to send XMPP messages to our GAE application.
Checking in the logs, all the users unable to talk with our app do not have their Gtalk requests logged in /_ah/xmpp/message/chat/, so basically GAE does not receive or map the requests to the servlet.
