Nothing that I know of, and even ROO's current security setup (for non GWT/HTML-only apps) is very basic (just gives you static admin and user with passwords in XML). You have to customize the system if you want to use spring security extensively.
There is a need for plugins for Spring ROO which deal with spring security extensively. What sort of RPC issues you had?
