There's no document (we are working on a general document for security, audit processes, etc), but we do not make the statement that we are not HIPAA compliant. I want to offer a quick disclaimer that I am not in a position to make any legal statements, so if there are any specifics you wish you discuss we can take this off list and I can point you to our legal team.
