There seem to be numerous issues with using the GAE plugins on a Dynamic Web Project. When you simply r-click the project and do Google >> App Engine Settings ... >> App Engine and turn it on, everything is fine. Unfortunately, to deploy this project out, you also need to r-click the project, then do Google >> App Engine Settings ... >> Web Application >> Launch and deploy from this directory. Once you do this, you then get compile errors in the project due to duplicate JARs being in the WEB-INF/Lib folder and in the Classpath Library for the Google App Engine on the project.
