Ikai, I was finally able to get to the Create Account page using my personal gmail and it denied me as expected due to the mobile number. I didn't see any links to submit an issue request so I just used the URL you provided and I tried to submit multiple times but it erred on submission. It gave a terse error message with just a hyperlink to Comments that provided no clue. This is turning out to be more complicated then it needs to be. I never had this much trouble over these past 6 months logging into my account. Please advise.
