I believe, as of today, apps cannot perform DKIM verification for incoming email. This is a big problem due to potential for Denial of Service (or run up the bill sky high since AE can scale).
Please let me know if you think there is a way to do this today -- I believe the DNS lookup cannot be performed. If I am right, please add this support to AppEngine expediently!
