Elastic Beanstalk looks like a really cool product. I don't think there's really a market "leader" yet in terms of PaaS. I'd like to think GAE is a bit ahead of everyone else, who are only going to run into the same issues we've been hard at work addressing. That being said, I found this quick review of elastic beanstalk seems pretty favorable:
