Ah thanks a lot. I had initially installed the Oracle Enterprise Pack which had a JSP editor among other things, but it had loads of stuff I don't really need right now so I've uninstalled it and am giving the web page editor a try as mentioned on stackoverflow. Anyone else who wants it just search the marketplace for "Web Page" and install "Web Page Editor (Optional)".
