I've noticed deploying to production after JDO class/object modifications, versioning up helps. I change the version.
Things I try, writing some bogus data to jdo object to init it. I'll disable then re-enable GAE in eclipse, clean project. I posted to your other post too. More source code could to see what might be going on.
