thanks for your reply. yes i'm using eclipse GPE to debug in Windows XP as admin. My eclipse proxy works fine and i can update plugin. GAE can detect updation, everything works fine.
I think the key is to setup proxy in Gdata, when i use a swing desktop application with Gdata, set proxy before the Gdata call is OK. But in dev mode of GPE, seems Gdata does not recognize the proxy i set, and every time it retrieve data from remote Google service directly.
