I just downloaded the last SDK 1.5.1. It appears the upload-authentication is different now. Instead of asking for email and password, it shows a page to log in GAE and grant access to third party service.
I clicked the "Sign In with a Google Apps Account", enter my email address, clicked "Go" then on the Google App login in screen, entered password, clicked "sign In", and got error page "The page you have requested cannot be displayed. Another site was requesting access to your XXXX account, but sent a malformed request. Please contact the site that you were trying to use when you received this message to inform them of the error. A detailed error message follows: The "scope" parameter was bad or missing.
