I don't know what could possibly by happening -- I deploy my app, everything goes fine, just as it has been for the last 2 years, but NONE of the changes I make are actually on the version I've deployed. When I go to the versions panel, the timestamp says the the version was just updated. However, I've changed tons of servlets to log new text, and none of these are displayed in my logs! Furthermore, I've completely deleted a servlet, yet I can still access it from the versions I deployed AFTER wiping the servlet from my system completely. I've tried rolling back my app, deleting the versions and re-deploying, changing tons of code, deploying with different SDKs.... NOTHING works.
