I'm wondering if JARs like appengine-api-1.0-sdk-1.5.2.jar in WEB-INF/lib get uploaded when I deploy from Eclipse. Are these items needed in the Google environment? I'm asking because I'm wondering if removing (if viable) would reduce my startup time, which seems to come in anywhere from 10s to 20s.
