Please tell me how to disable   warmup-requests  ?

I am assuming   if I set  <warmup-requests-enabled>false</warmup-
requests-enabled>    in appengine-web.xml

then gae will not reload my application unless I redeploy   is this
right ?
 If I am assumind wrong please correct me.
