Hi Raj, Sometimes Eclipse gets hung up if there are network errors during a download. Close Eclipse, wait 5 min, and try again. This will clear the cache. If that still doesn't work, try a fresh install of Eclipse and post on the new group for GPE: http://groups.google.com/group/google-plugin-eclipse
