We are under a major GAE outage that started at 11:50 Pacific Time on Monday October 24th, and that is still ongoing (so far for 1 hour and 15 minutes). MemCache put is causing an exception which renders all JSPs dead, and our app completely down.
GAE System status says "all good", meaning that the issue is localized to only a few apps. We filed 2 P1s operational support tickets, but they are still sitting as "new". Tried to wake up people on IRC to no availability. Emailed our developer advocates, but most of them being in Pacific Time, that is not of much help. We need urgent help from inside Google!
