I teach a data structures class at a small university. One of the problems I face is connecting the theoretical to the practical...and inspiring students to dig in and learn more. I have been toying with the idea of app engine for my upcoming spring class...(Though I am not sure I have enough time to prepare it)
Assuming the students already have a basic understanding of java...could it be possible they could do java based projects... web sites..without battling too much learning the app engine tools? My hope would be that I could start out very basic and simple projects..but with the rich environment, students would be inspired to learn more and practice/play with the technology learning more. Thoughts on that aspect? Thanks! -Mike -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google App Engine for Java" group.
