This has been bad for us. We've seen continual failures in our running app starting at: 2012-01-27 05:27:26.339 PST and continuing through: 2012-01-27 06:50:17.318 PST
Things appear to be normal now, but we're missing Dashboard graphs for everything prior to 6:50 PST.
