I agree, they need to sort out their support. I am happy to pay for it  
as I think the platform is excellent.

I generate the screen shots through a from job both by automating ie  
and using webkit on the mac. The webkit tool automatically resized the  
images to be thumbnails.  Checkout webkit2png it is brilliant.
