Well, after about two days of debugging, I was able to figure out the
following hack:
In main.py, I added the lines
from django.template import add_to_builtins
add_to_builtins('appengine_django.auth')
after running InstallAppengineHelperForDjango().
This seems to do the trick, but it shouldn't be necessary. Any idea
what I've been doing wrong?
