Hi Jillian, Indexes can take awhile to build, the general rule of thumb is that, if it's been over 24 hours, there may be an issue.
It's worth mentioning also that if you are in the process of building or deleting an index and then decide to upload a large amount of data, this could cause the index to become stuck.
