Also, I would like to suggest that the documentation be fattened up, especially concerning the inner workings of datastore/BigTable and related best practices. The google-appengine forum and others have a lot of traffic concerning how to use the datastore efficiently, such as discussions about normalizing/denormalizing model schemas etc. and it would be great if there was some authoritative information about this subject.
