Hmm?  If by "delisted" you mean that your WWW page wasn't showing up
in Google WWW searches then this has nothing to do with Google App
Engine.  The content on GAE gets crawled like any other content on the
WWW.  Just putting something up on  GAE won't get it indexed by
Google's search engine.

The behavior you've mentioned is consistant with a web site changing
URLs.  Google's crawler noticed that the old URL was dead before it
was able to discover the new URL.
