yes, I can visit the page with url https://appengine.google.com/deployment/newdomain?app_id=takewithme-papa, and my app id is 'takiwithme-papa' in that page, i entered my domain name 'takewithme.com' , and then clicked the 'add domain...' button also, unfortunately, 'bad request error 400 ' , again
and in the dashboard of my app, I clicked the 'Add more services' but I did't find the Apps interface where I can add App Engine service, it only give me three choice : salesforce.com, see more services from our parteners and See more services from Google Labs.
