Hi Devraj, You can setup a proxy from sc-server to your AppEngine. This way you can visit localhost:4020 and you should be able to work from there. You can find the samplecode for http://sproutcore-demo.appspot.com at:
http://github.com/sproutit/samples-todos/tree/step-6 Look the servers/sproutcore-demo directory for the AppEngine code. There is also a Merb server in there.
