I must still be doing something wrong..
If my stored string is -> <b>hello</b>
If I include {{item.text}} in my template I get -> <b>hello</b>
and if I include {{item.text|escape}} I get -> <b>hello</
b>
but I am trying to achieve a bold "hello"
