Hi David,
You can include both Google Accounts and Google Apps accounts on the same
app, but it's usually not recommended because in order for your application
code to authenticate a developer, that account must have the same
authentication domain that the app is configured with.
However, if you only wish the developer to have access to the admin console
(or as an email from which to send emails) this isn't a problem.
If you reply to me with the App Id, I can look in to what has occurred with
this specific application.
