The size of "data.csv" file is 4,13 MB.
Now I'm thinking to the "Application Quotas" limits:
- CPU Used
- Data Sent
- Data Received
- Megabytes Stored

Uploading 90'000 records is not a problem?
If Bulk breaks the uploading, can I restart it from the last insert?
