That resulted in serverside error from the console here, while probably proper.
I was also suggested these:
^(?s)(?!.*?(66\.249\.71\.214|213\.89\.16\.95))
 r'(?!123\.234\.345\.456|456\.567\.678\.789)
However they also result in server error from the filter logs view.
