I am not a lawyer, however, I had a read through the agreement before
signing up myself.  Google allows you to keep any copyrights you own,
and only asks for a license to serve your copyrighted content.

In other words, yes, as far as I know, you can sell any software that
you own that you developed on Google App Engine. You retain ownership
of all of the code that you wrote.
