I need to get to the app name at runtime when running on the
deployment environment.
I tried open('app.yaml').read() + a little regexp. Works locally, but
it can't find the file on the deployment environment.
Is it possible to read in app.yaml on deployment?
If not, is there a way to get at the app name?
