I'm not sure it's the python that is making the problem, because for
instance
I'm in c:\apps
c:\apps>dev_appserver.py helloworld
(helloworld is a folder in c:\apps that contains the app.yaml file)
and it still brings me the dev_appserver.py printout (same as help)
and saying the Invalid arguments...
