Hi Min,

You will need to re-enable webpages, and explicitly delete the mapping
there.  If it's not there when you re-enable webpages, you will need to add
'www' and then delete it.  After you explicitly delete the mapping, you
should be able to add 'www' as an App Engine mapping.
