Hi, While we provide various default settings for billing based on budget (normal, CPU intensive, bandwidth intensive, etc), you can choose a 'custom' billing setting which will allow you to set any budgets you want for the listed resources. For instance, you are able to only set budget for bandwidth and email if you so choose.
